How to connect

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and find Nashville PBS YouTube (an Owner adds it once for the organization).
Click Connect. You sign in with your station account (the usual staff sign-in), then allow Claude to read YouTube analytics.
Ask Claude things like “Next Door Neighbors views this fiscal year by month”, “top Crossroads videos last 28 days”, or “where did Volunteer Gardener's views come from last week”.

The connector is being rolled out to a short list of staff first. If connecting says it is not enabled for you yet, ask Shane Burkeen.

What it can't see

Impressions and click-through rate (YouTube Studio only).
Content ID claim details and strikes (Studio only; staff record them in Airtable).
Today and yesterday: analytics data runs about two days behind.
